**Job Summary and Qualifications**

**The COTA renders patient care in a safe manner as indicated by individual patient plan, consults with occupational therapist on current patient programs in accordance with hospital and departmental policies, American Occupational Therapy Association Code of Ethics, Standards of Practice and Texas Practice Act.**
