The Occupational Therapy Assistant implements therapy treatment plans under the direction of an Occupational Therapist and prescribed by a physician licensed in the state of Alaska.

**Required Qualifications:**



+ Associate's Degree and Graduate from program in Occupational Therapy Assistant. Or equivalent educ/experience

+ Upon hire: Alaska Occupational Therapy Assistant License Or

+ Upon hire: Alaska Occupational Therapy Assistant Limited Permit Or
