$3500 Sign-on Bonus for Full Time COTAs! ( Bonus paid in installments; eligibility and repayment terms apply.) RESPONSIBILITIES:

Treat all Occupational Therapy patients assigned by the Occupational Therapist. Treatment is to be based on the written treatment plan for each resident. Treatment areas and modalities will include upper extremity function, perception and cognition, ADL, crafts. Work independently or under supervision of the O.T.R.


+ Discuss problems regarding patients and/or treatment with the O.T.R.

+ Write progress notes, as indicated, to be reviewed and countersigned by the O.T.R. Collaborate with O.T.R. on notes when COTA and O.T.R treat patient.
