SUMMARY:
In collaboration with, and under the direction and supervision of an occupational therapist, helps each patient develop, recover, and improve the skills needed for daily living and working, through the therapeutic use of everyday activities and exercise, outlined in an established care plan.JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education: Graduate of and degree holder from an Occupational Therapy Assistant Education Program accredited by the Accreditation Council for Occupational Therapy Education
Preferred experience: 12 to 18 months related experience, excluding clinical affiliations required to complete a degree
Licensure: Current Arkansas OTA license in good standing required. Valid and clean Driver’s License, reliable transportation and agency required liability insurance to complete home visits. Active personal automobile liability insurance coverage consisting of $100,000 per person and $300,000 per accident for bodily injury required.
