Key Responsibilities

Oversee all centre operations, including staffing, scheduling, enrolment, and daily programming

Ensure full compliance with BC Child Care Licensing Regulations, health & safety standards, and company policies

Lead, coach, and support a team of educators to maintain a high-quality childcare environment

Maintain required licensing documentation, incident reports, and attendance records

Build strong, trusting relationships with families and the community
