**As a Central Staffing Coordinator:**

The Central Staffing Coordinator is the subject matter expert for the Kronos Scheduling System who is responsible for the staffing schedule for the department of nursing 24/7. The specialist coordinates full time, part time, pool, float and agency staffing to meet the changing needs of the department. The specialist is required to assess staffing of all units daily, weekly, monthly and facilitate appropriate staffing.
