Responsibilities
Job Summary: The Administrative Rep - Base Operator operates switchboard to relay incoming, outgoing, and interoffice calls and handles base operations for store. Good phone voice and excellent customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities & Essential Functions:
• Operates switchboard to make connections and relay calls
• Supplies information to callers and records messages
• Keeps record of calls received
• Performs clerical duties such as sorting mail, light typing, making copies, faxing
• Provides outstanding customer service via the telephone
• Assist in special projects for Store Administration
• Other duties may be assigned
