**Minimum qualifications:**

+ Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Material Science, or Engineering discipline , or a specialized field (e.g., Optics, Sensors, Audio/DSP, etc.), or equivalent practical experience.
+ 4 years of experience in developing and qualifying Li-ion cells with external partners on advanced materials, components, processes and cell designs.
+ Experience using Statistical Process Control tools (such as Minitab or JMP) and data tools (Python, SQL, Matlab, etc).

**Preferred qualifications:**

+ Master's degree or PhD in Chemistry, Material Science, or Engineering discipline , or a related field (e.g., Optics, Sensors, Audio/DSP).
