• Based on Bosch product standards, communicating with team members, internal customers for test requirements, building up test specification, performing tests, preparing test reports and documentation test results.
• Supervising test activities, including test schedule planning, evaluating specifications, sample planning, test result evaluation and failure analysis.
• Solve technical complaint and quality issue in development status, deliver technical solutions to customers
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, quality,  logistics etc. Follow PEP process to prepare documents such as: Compliance matrix, TCD, testing sheet, V&V strategy, V&V plan, report  etc. on time with high quality.
• Work with experts or team members to create specifications and application programs
• Create test method/specification for new platform development
