Swift’s Dedicated fleet is now hiring CDL-A drivers for a regional route out of Gastonia, North Carolina. This lane runs throughout the Carolinas and is home daily. 

Drivers average $1300 weekly

Drivers average 2000 miles weekly 

CDL A Required - Will train new drivers 

Drivers can earn trip pay based on a calculation of dispatched miles that ranges from $.57 cpm depending on route and verifiable experience. $15 Stop Fee

Exceptional Backing

No DUI within 10 years if CDL-A holder, none within 5 years if Non CDL-A holder.

No more than 1 preventable accident in the past 2 years, no major accident within 5 years.

No more than 2 moving violations in the past 2 years.

Must be able to pass a DOT physical and drug test

Must be at least 21 years old and hold a valid Class A license...
