About the Role

Tactical Security Services is seeking a professional, experienced, and highly alert CCTV Controller to join our operations team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring CCTV systems, managing incidents, communicating with response teams, and ensuring the effective operation of the Control Room environment. The ideal candidate must be able to work under pressure, remain calm during emergencies, and maintain a high level of attention to detail at all times.

Key Responsibilities Monitor CCTV cameras and surveillance systems continuously. Identify, report, and lift suspicious or criminal activities. Dispatch and communicate with reaction officers and operational teams. Maintain accurate incident logs, occurrence books, and reporting records.
