Execute cargo allocation in alignment with trade capacity management strategies and space utilization objectives.Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding booking status, documentation requirements, and operational issues.Collect and maintain monthly cargo forecasts and shipment prospects from customers.Coordinate cargo assignments based on vessel schedules, capacity availability, and operational priorities.Input and maintain booking information in internal systems to support accurate space planning and tracking.
