Job Description

You will be:

• Sets and maintains production targets and operates within prescribed cost budgets Co-ordinates and controls the activities of site staff and agree quality standards set in the contract
• Liaises with clients site staff and agrees quantities, programme etc
• Submits monthly revenue certificates and cost estimates Sets and maintains work sequences and construction programmes
• Produces monthly CES
• Monitors allowable programme with S.A
• Ensures daily site costing is in place and monitors
• Ensures accurate cost capturing
• Material requisitions within cost budgets and cash flow
