Job Description
You will be:
- Sets and maintains production targets and operates within prescribed cost budgets Co-ordinates and controls the activities of site staff and agree quality standards set in the contract
- Liaises with clients site staff and agrees quantities, programme etc
- Submits monthly revenue certificates and cost estimates Sets and maintains work sequences and construction programmes
- Produces monthly CES
- Monitors allowable programme with S.A
- Ensures daily site costing is in place and monitors
- Ensures accurate cost capturing
- Material requisitions within cost budgets and cash flow
