**Job Description**

**Position Summary**

The CBT-I therapist will be responsible maintaining his/her own caseload including, marketing, screening, scheduling, providing CBT-I services, documentation, billing, and participating in weekly team meetings. The therapist will have opportunities to provide presentations to highlight the sleep services program as needed.

**Salary Range**

$45 - $55 per hour

**Essential Job Duties**

+ Provide individual CBT-I services.
+ Market the program and maintain strong relationships with local referral sources.
+ Documenting both service protocols and outcomes.
+ Communicate with team lead in an effective and timely manner.
