Overview
Coats surfaces of aircraft and support equipment components, accessories and related equipment, with paint, lacquer, epoxy, resin or other materials, using brushes, rollers, spray guns and other devices. May be required to perform Lead duties when designated and authorized. May be required to perform Collateral Duty Quality Control Inspector (CDQCI) duties when designated and authorized. Required to handle hazardous materials in performance of assigned duties. Must be customer oriented.

Inspect aircraft/support equipment, components, engines and accessories for surface integrity or corrosion products in accordance with Maintenance Instruction Manuals (MIMs), Illustrated Parts Breakdowns (IPBs), Technical Directives (TDs), Maintenance Check Lists (MCLs), and company work and maintenance instructions.
