Job Summary The Compensation & Benefits Supervisor is responsible for the accurate and timely administration of the company’s payroll, compensation programs, statutory benefits, and company-initiated rewards for all employees in the Philippines.
This role ensures full compliance with Philippine labor laws (DOLE), statutory contributions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG), and internal policies.
The ideal candidate will also support the design and improvement of competitive compensation structures and benefits packages to attract and retain talent.
Key Responsibilities Payroll & Statutory Compliance Manage end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accurate computation of salaries, overtime, night differential, holiday pay, 13th month pay, and final pay.
