We are seeking a motivated and organised Catering Commercial Supervisor to join the Catering Team at Musgrove Park Hospital, Taunton, supporting the delivery of high quality catering services for patients, staff and visitors.

Working closely with the Catering Operations Manager, the role provides commercial, financial and administrative support across catering services. Responsibilities include monitoring expenditure, processing purchase orders and invoices, maintaining stock control systems, analysing sales data, and supporting retail, vending and service development initiatives.

The post holder will contribute to menu planning and product development, ensure menus are accurately costed, and help identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce waste and increase income.
