Job Title: Catering Assistant (Permanent Part time) Reports to: Catering Manager Location: Bon Secours, Dublin Job Purpose To ensure the service of patient meals and the service of meals in the Restaurant in a safe and courteous manner. The fundamental philosophy guiding this position is to promote and preserve the Bon Secours Mission, Values and Ethos. Key Duties and Responsibilities: Distribution of menus to all patients. Sorting of these menus and informing Main Kitchen of final count in a timely manner. Monitoring temperature control, recording of fridge and hot/cold food temperatures and informing Supervisor of any incorrect readings. Ward catering staff to liaise with nurses and Dietitian regarding special diet or fasting lists.
