Manage overall category performance including sales, margins, growth, and availability. 
Drive assortment planning and optimize SKU mix based on customer demand and profitability. 
Monitor category KPIs and identify opportunities for improvement. 
Work closely with suppliers on commercials, pricing, promotions, and business planning. 
Lead vendor discussions and maintain strong supplier relationships. 
Negotiate and align on commercial terms to improve profitability and operational efficiency. 
Coordinate closely with Supply Chain, Demand Planning, Marketing, Growth, and Operations teams. 
Align on inventory planning, campaign execution, product launches, and stock availability.
