About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and motivated professional with a strong background in paramedicine, first aid education, and programme development to join our growing team in New Zealand.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about high-quality emergency care education and wants to help shape practical, learner-focused first aid training programmes that make a real difference. In this role you will work closely with our National Quality Training Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop first aid and emergency response training programmes
• Create practical training content including stretcher use, patient movement, and scene management
• Review and update training materials to align with current NZ guidelines and industry standards
• Deliver training sessions and practical assessments where required
