Spectrum Care is seeking a Casual Community Support Worker for North Auckland to assist adults with intellectual and/or physical disabilities. Responsibilities include supporting personal activities, community participation, and daily living tasks.

The position requires empathy, effective communication, and a desire to make a difference in people's lives. Ideal candidates will have a full New Zealand driver's licence and an ability to work towards a relevant qualification.
