Role Summary: Deliver guest-centric service at the membership desk, on the gaming floor, and during promotions, events, and VIP hosting. Act as one of the main faces of the PlayPark brand by welcoming guests, supporting loyalty and membership activities, and assisting in the smooth execution of on-floor promotions and basic VIP services under the guidance of the Marketing Supervisor.

Qualifications:

• 1-2+ years of frontline customer service experience in hospitality, retail, F&B, hotel, airline, or similar industries; casino experience is advantageous but not required.
