Customer Service:
- Greet customers warmly and take orders accurately.
- Answer questions about the menu, ingredients, and available promotions.
- Address customer complaints or concerns professionally and escalate to the supervisor if needed.
- Process customer transactions quickly and accurately using the POS system.
- Accurately handle cash, credit card, and e-payments, ensuring correct change and receipts are provided.
- Balance and reconcile the cash drawer at the beginning and end of each shift.
- Handle cash deposits and prepare end-of-day financial reports for management review.
- Apply discounts, promotions, or loyalty rewards as appropriate, ensuring accurate calculations.
