Job Description
- Customer service: Greet customers, resolve complaints, and provide information
- Payment collection: Accept payments in cash, credit, or check, and provide change and receipts
- Record keeping: Track transactions, count the register drawer, and maintain records
- Knowledge of appropriate software including: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- High degree of attention to detail
- Can work with minimal supervision
