Key Responsibilities
Customer Services
- Process financial and non-financial transactions efficiently and accurately.
- Ensure top-tier customer satisfaction and error‑free operations.
Control & Compliance
- Follow all SOPs and KPIs to maintain compliance and operational efficiency.
- Review branch operations and reports to reduce risk and support audit ratings.
Branch Security
- Safeguard cash vaults, stationery, and ATM cash.
- Monitor and report suspicious transactions.
