We're looking for a talented Client Account Supervisor to join our clients Belfast office and lead our Cash Accounting Team . This is a fantastic opportunity to manage a critical function, drive process improvements, and play a key role in shaping financial operations across the business.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and mentor the Cash Accounting team
• Oversee workloads, performance reviews, recruitment, and training
• Drive process improvements and enhance control environments
• Manage client account operations, including:
  • Checking, banking, and posting client/currency/deposit receipts
  • Processing payment requisitions and inter-ledger transfers
  • Performing daily bank reconciliations
  • Managing residual balances and liaising with partners
  • Ensure compliance with Solicitors Accounts Rules and AML procedures
