The Salvation Army Nelson is launching an exciting new Methamphetamine Harm Reduction Programme in Motueka.
This three‑year initiative aims to respond to and reduce the harmful impact of methamphetamine within the Motueka community through a range of evidence‑based, best‑practice services.

We are seeking to appoint a qualified and experienced Addiction Caseworker , based in Motueka, to support the delivery of this important programme.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provision of strengths-based, trauma-informed casework that provides integrated care for those people who want to break free from methamphetamine harm and rebuild strong connected lives.
• Provision of comprehensive, whānau-centered case management for tāngata whai ora, supporting each person and their whānau to navigate the challenges
  of methamphetamine and other substance harm.
