About the Role

Mercy Community are currently looking for passionate First Nations Case Worker to join our Connected Families Team - Permanent Full-Time (SCHADS L4) 

This role is responsible for quality service delivery to children, young people, families and the community within the Connected Families Service. This role will provide support and case management for families engaged in the service with a view to supporting highly vulnerable families.

• Using the applicable Model of Practice, service guidelines/frameworks, assist clients in achieving their goals as identified in relevant planning documentation developed in line with organisational procedures.
