Summary: The Case Manager - Recovery Coach (CMRC) will provide recovery support services to patients with substance use disorder (SUD) and will assist patients in achieving sustained recovery. This position will maintain ongoing patient support of recovery, as well as ambivalence and will serve as a motivator.
