POSITION SUMMARY

The Contingency Management Case Manager supports client engagement and serves as a liaison between the agency and the Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services ensuring accurate and timely communication. Duties include community linkages, fulfillment of basic needs, and supports of the CM Coordinator.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS

High School diploma with 2 years of progressively responsibly work experience is required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
