**Essential Duties and Responsibilities:**

+ Conducts shaping or cutting of materials to specified measurements using basic hand tools;
+ Assists with the installation of insulation and basic paneling to ceilings and walls;
+ Study and interpret specifications in blueprint, sketches or building plans to determine dimensions and types of materials required for remodel and repair of temporary housing units;
