**Job Title: Carpenter**
**Job Description**
This role involves performing framing, sheetrock, and rough carpentry work on a long-term, high-end residential demolition and new construction project. You will contribute to the build-out of luxury residential spaces, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards.

**Responsibilities**

+ Perform framing work for high-end residential construction projects, ensuring structures are level, plumb, and built to specification.
+ Install and finish sheetrock in accordance with project plans and high-end residential standards.
+ Execute rough carpentry tasks, including constructing walls, ceilings, and other structural elements.
+ Lay tracks and related components accurately to support framing and partition systems.
+ Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to complete daily carpentry tasks.
+ Support general construction and labor activities as needed on the project site.
