The role involves delivering high-standard reactive repairs, refurbishment works, and planned maintenance across residential properties throughout Staines-upon-Thames.

Responsibilities:

Carrying out routine and responsive carpentry repairs in occupied residential properties as part of a maintenance service.
Replacing and repairing internal doors, frames, handles, locks, and hinges.
Fitting and adjusting kitchen units, worktops, cupboard doors, and pelmets.
