**Carpenter Foreman (All Phases) – Commercial Construction (Denver Metro)**

We are hiring a **Carpenter Foreman** to lead crews on commercial construction projects throughout the Denver metro area. This is a **long-term opportunity** with a general contractor that values growth, strong leadership, and doing things the right way.

**Projects:**

+ Ground-up + tenant improvements
+ K-12, hospitals, hotels, multifamily, assisted living

**What You’ll Do:**

+ Lead and manage a crew of 3–10 carpenters on active job sites
+ Work as a **tools-on foreman** (not just paperwork)
+ Read and interpret blueprints, layout work, and direct daily tasks
+ Oversee carpentry scope from start to completion
+ Ensure clean, organized, and safe job sites
+ Build/oversee:
+ Backing & blocking
+ Safety rails & handrails
