This is a first shift opportunity, and the pay rate is **$26-32/hour** based on experience and skill level. **Job Scope:**

+ Construct the skeleton of a building, including floors (joists), walls (studs), and complex roof systems (rafters and trusses)
+ Interpret advanced architectural drawings, site coordinates, and building specifications to ensure accurate layout and execution
+ Use advanced tools like laser levels, transits, and total stations to establish building lines, verify trueness (plumb and level), and set coordinates
