We are seeking a motivated and proactive KS2 Teaching Assistant to support pupils across Key Stage 2 in a dynamic and inclusive primary school environment.
The Role:
Supporting pupils in Years 3–6, including 1:1 and group interventions
Assisting with literacy and numeracy catch-up sessions
Supporting pupils with SEMH, SEN, or behavioural needs
Helping pupils stay focused, engaged, and confident in their learning
Working closely with teachers and SENCO to support individual learning plans
The Ideal Candidate:
Experience working within KS2
Confident managing behaviour in a calm, positive way
Able to build strong relationships with pupils
Experience with interventions or SEN support is highly desirable
