An opportunity has arisen within the Community Mental Health Teams for a Carer’s Support Worker to join us in providing integrated health and social care to carers of people who have a severe and enduring mental disorder. The post will be based within a CMHT in HMR and the successful applicant will be expected to work across all 3 boroughs in the locality.

We have a strong commitment to promoting your development. You will be supported by supervision and will be given the opportunity to develop and enhance your skills and knowledge.

Key Requirements of the Person Specification:

Good basic education including English to GCSE standard or equivalent

Experience in a Community Mental Health Team setting

Current driving license or supported driver with use of vehicle.
