About the Role:

To support learners and employers through the apprenticeship onboarding and enrolment journey, ensuring all learners are enrolled onto the most appropriate programme to support their career aspirations, personal development and long-term progression opportunities.

The role will ensure apprenticeship compliance and funding eligibility requirements are fully met while delivering high-quality Careers Education, Information, Advice and Guidance (CEIAG) that enables learners to make informed decisions about their training and future career pathways.

The postholder will work closely with employers to ensure expectations, programme commitments, progression routes and next steps are clearly communicated throughout the learner journey.
