The Opportunity

Almarai is seeking a highly capable Senior Engineering Manager to lead Production Engineering across our Dairy and Juice operations in Abu Dhabi. This is a critical managerial role responsible for ensuring the reliability, efficiency, and continuous improvement of plant engineering, utilities, and maintenance functions within a high-volume food manufacturing environment.

Desired qualities include strong technical depth, hands‑on operational experience, and the ability to lead teams in delivering world‑class engineering performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (B.E./B.Tech) in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering from a recognized institution
• Minimum 10 years of hands‑on experience across maintenance and engineering roles within FMCG or food manufacturing
