We are seeking a skilled, relationship‑focused Social Worker to join our Care Placement Support Social Work service, delivered by Barnardos in partnership with Oranga Tamariki. This is a fixed‑term, full‑time role (40 hours per week, Monday to Friday) through to 1 September 2027. The role offers the opportunity to contribute to meaningful, outcomes‑focused practice in a collaborative environment. You will be employed by Barnardos while working onsite with the Oranga Tamariki Waitākere team for the duration of the fixed term. You will be embedded in the day‑to‑day rhythm of the Waitākere office, while continuing to receive professional supervision, support, and connection through Barnardos.
