Resthaven has two vacancies for a Care Partner Support at Home to join the Resthaven Community Services Team in providing  comprehensive coordination and individualized case management, and planning in partnership with Support at Home individuals.

Located at our Onkaparinga Community Site at Noarlunga, these roles are offered as full-time permanent positions.
