Ensure healthcare and daily living needs of residents in the Home are well taken care of to promote independent living of residents and to enhance their overall quality of life.
Provide person-centric care to residents through basic nursing care procedures under the direction of Staff Nurse (SN) and/or Enrolled Nurse (EN), and supporting residents’ general well‑being and living conditions.
Provide basic physiological monitoring of residents on a monthly basis and report any health issues to SN/EN for follow-up.
Conduct daily vital signs monitoring for all residents and ensure timely and accurate documentation.
Assist residents in their activities of daily living and instrumental activities of daily living to maximise their independent living skills.
Perform medication packing, under the supervision of SN/EN, and medication reminders for residents with higher care needs.
