A Critical Access Hospital with a Level IV Trauma Center is seeking coverage. The practice includes one Nurse Practitioner working alongside a locum MD .

• Clinic Setup: 2 exam rooms
• Patient Volume: 12-15 per day
• Procedures/Readings: Stress tests, EKGs, echocardiograms
• Clinic Schedule: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, July 7-11
• Call Requirement: None
• EMR System: EPIC
• Required Credentials: Oregon medical license, DEA, Board Certification, BLS, ACLS
