Methodist Healthcare System is seeking a compassionate and skilled Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Outpatient Cardiology team in San Antonio, TX. **Position Details:**

+ Conduct outpatient cardiology evaluations, follow-ups, and routine management
+ Collaborate with cardiologists and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
+ Educate patients on cardiovascular health, medications, and lifestyle modifications
+ Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR system
+ Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical meetings
