**Job Summary and Responsibilities**

As our **Cardiac Telemetry Nurse** at Mercy Gilbert Medical Center, you will care for Telemetry patients with an emphasis on patients with heart issues. This position will assess patient/family health problems and resources, while developing, implementing, and evaluating comprehensive nursing care plans. Your role is vital in promoting optimal health outcomes by balancing patient needs and comfort, demonstrating accountability for ethical behavior, and supporting ethical practices through astute issue resolution.

Every day you will provide comprehensive, safe, and effective, evidence-based nursing care, organizing and prioritizing patient activities with precision.
