Manage and optimise the end‑to‑end acquisition funnel for the Client co‑brand credit card from application start to card issuance and first transaction.
Analyse approval and decline data to identify key drivers impacting application success rates and recommend corrective actions.
Work closely with the Client’s banking partner’s credit risk and operations teams to improve approval outcomes while remaining compliant with regulatory and policy constraints.
Partner with Client product, UX, and marketing teams to enhance customer journeys and reduce friction in digital acquisition flows.
Monitor acquisition performance on a daily and weekly basis and produce actionable insights for stakeholders.
Support acquisition campaigns, growth initiatives, and seasonal demand peaks to maximise funded card volumes.
