Responsibilities

• Studies Event Worksheet at least a day or before the function.
• Prepares assignment / delegation of duties.
• Conducts daily briefing before the start of the function or before loading of equipment.
• Ensures / check if all equipment is clean and working before start up or load up.
• Ensures orderliness, cleanliness of function room / venue before and after each event.
• Check individual cutleries, china wares, and glassware before setting up the table.
• Ensures that tables are properly laid down, free from any damages.
• Ensures clean / properly pressed linen is used in all set up.
• Responsible for the service of food and beverage.
• Attending briefings / meetings are required.
• Prepares to report any untoward incident during an event that might occur.
