Alma Agents is currently in search of a Captain for a 35m+ Private M/Y, operating in the Mediterranean. The ideal candidate will be based in Palma and hold a Master 500gt License. Leadership and development are key aspects of this role.

The position includes a generous package of €10k - €12k DOE, with 40 days of leave. Experience with refits and cruising knowledge of the Croatian coastline and Greek islands will be beneficial.
