Capital Equipment Administrator

Required for a well-established company based in Edenvale.

Duties & Responsibilities Ensure Capital Equipment administrator function operates efficiently Quotations Process tenders timeously Support the Marketing Department Work systematically with Medical Master Assist with ad hoc administrator tasks as needed and work within the Company Quality Management Systems framework Costing Pricing on parts Update reports SLA agreements Place orders for equipment parts with procurement and logistics supervisor Complete new product forms RFQs Desired Experience & Qualifications Grade 12 3-5 years medical or pharmaceutical equipment experience Computer Literate – know Macola and Goldmine Package & Remuneration
