Position Summary

Provide customer service by completing assigned tasks related to receiving and the flow of merchandise through to the sales floor. Accomplish tasks by unloading trailers, pulling pallets to the floor, and assisting in the processing of merchandise in a safe and clean environment. This Associate functions as part of a team to strategically plan and execute duties based on workload and operational functions.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the sales floor for store opening.
• Set, merchandise, and sign features.
• Complete live unloading of other types of merchandise.
• Place emphasis on labeling and placing merchandise in the backroom bins/stocking, differing from day/evening fulfillment.
• Pull pallets of merchandise to and from the sales floor for overnight processing.
• Assist in stocking the sales floor as assigned and provide customer service if necessary.
